At The Talentless Music, we value your support and aim to provide high-quality products with clear expectations. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our merchandise (including pre-orders), all sales are final. This includes clothing, collectibles, and exclusive drops. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at thetalentless8@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos
- We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds on the following:
- Pre-orders and limited drop items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Health and personal care items
- Items marked as sale or final sale
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund total
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received a refund after 10 business days:
- Recheck your bank or payment account
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing delays can occur)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
