Media

Media uploaded to The Talentless Music’s website is currently managed by authorized administrators.

Artist Applications

The Talentless Music currently accepts artist applications through an external Google Form.

Applicants who proceed through the standard application may provide:

Legal name and artist name.
Email address and phone number.
Age group and time zone.

Preferred label affiliation.
Responses to proposed distribution terms and optional questions.

We use this information to evaluate applications, communicate with prospective artists, and assess their eligibility for our services.

Application responses are stored through Google Forms and may be accessed by authorized TTLM representatives involved in reviewing applications.

Application information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for application review, communication, and related recordkeeping, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Applicants aged 13–17 are encouraged to review application materials and proposed agreements with a parent or legal guardian.

The Talentless Music plans to transition its artist application and submission processes to the website. This Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary before those features become available.

Hosting and Security Records: Technical information, including server logs, may be retained by Hostinger according to its applicable retention practices.
WordPress Accounts: Administrator account information is generally retained while access is required, subject to applicable legal obligations and backup retention practices. Public account registration is not currently available.
Artist Applications: Information submitted through our external Google Form is retained for up to 7 days following submission, after which the application response and associated personal information are deleted from our application records. Information that must be retained for applicable legal obligations or separately established artist relationships may be handled under the relevant retention practices.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our available systems.
